I have focused particulary on workplace communication in my studies, which include a teaching degree, a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Communication and Cultural Studies and postgraduate qualifications in Organisational Communication. I keep that knowledge up-to-date through ongoing training in software tools and membership of the Society for Technical Communication.
